Working remotely to support you & temporary office closures


Customer Update
COVID-19

To all of our tenants,
In accordance with government instructions, our Newhaven offices are now temporarily closed
until further notice as we all do what we can in the fight against Coronavirus (Covid-19).

Whilst we will not be able to welcome you into our office, we remain fully committed to
supporting all of our customers. We are changing and adapting the way that we operate, enabling many of our staff to work remotely, and whilst our office’ doors will be closed, we will continue to be available to you online, on the phone and via email throughout this crisis.

We are prioritising support for our Commercial Business Tenants and our residential lettings customers; and if you are one of the thousands of clients that we have helped in the past, we are here to help, even if you just need a friendly voice to talk to.



It is very important that if you find yourself in a financial difficult situation because of your employment situation changing dramatically, and you are not able to pay rent or partial payments, that you update our letting teams as soon as possible.

We are able to negotiate some help case-by-case, with consultation and advice. Ceasing to not pay rent at any time will have serious implications and can lead to issues to cease a tenancy rapidly, and in rare occasions, immediate resolutions.

We are very grateful for your understanding at this time, just as we are thankful to our ever-supportive office teams.   We will be in touch with you soon with further information and any updated contact details, but please bear with us as we work as quickly as we can to react to this latest development in the Coronavirus situation.

In the meantime, please keep safe and well. And remember, there is a light to every tunnel; and we have forged through greater obstacles as a human race, and will do again.
