 Sand & City Condotels opens its first AirBnB in Brighton.

We are very pleased to announce the beginnings of our first glimpses into our newest venture, and especially in my birth town and present home of Brighton, England.

 During the next few weeks, we will be very busy putting the final touches into the property to make it the most amazing holiday home experience; and we are thrilled to be able to share some first glimpses into the pre-dressing stage before the furniture arrives, and all the other homely touches that will make our guests gasp and say "wow".

Sale of the Century - Ciao mi amore

Saying Goodbye to a loved one, is always heartbreaking.   And waving them on to a different future with someone else, is even more so.

So it is with a truly heavy heart, we say a fond fairwell to one of our legacy properties. 

243 Amhurst Road, Stoke Newington has been sold today.

A Victorian building that had a massive shop..and huge 3 bedroom Flat was bought by a local businessman.

We all wish the commercial tenants, Kahraman and his lovely hardworking family, all the best in this amazing new chapter of their history.

And we will begin to recover from the past two years of craziness and stress.  And enjoy the fruits of our labour's, and work towards finding new opportunities.

One door closes.... what will happen next?   Who knows!
